I INTERSECTORAL MEETING ON INNOVATION AND FOOD QUALITY

Synopsis:

On September 30th and October 1st, 2021, the I Intersectoral Meeting on Innovation and Food Quality (EIICA 2021) will take place at the National University of Lanús. The event is sponsored by the Secretariat of Research and Postgraduate Studies, the Secretariat of Technological Linkage and Scientific Democratization, the Department of Productive and Technological Development, and the Institute of Production, Economy, and Labor.

With the motto “Innovation is an Opening to Reality,” the meeting will be an opportunity to discover and share innovations in the field of food and to generate tools for knowledge, creativity, and intersectorality, focusing on the demands and advances in Science, Technology, Quality, and Food Production.

The event will be organized into thematic modules, featuring speakers from various sectors: scientific and technological, academic, productive, business, associative, and social. Participation in the event is free of charge.

Additionally, a call for the submission of Poster presentations is open to university graduates, postgraduate research fellows, researchers, professors, public sector experts, entrepreneurs, businesses, and the third sector.

The event will feature national and international speakers.
